Performance of the SARAF Ion Source [315 KB]
Since October 2006 an ECR ion source is under operation at SOREQ. The source will be used to generate protons and deuterons in a current range from 0.04 to 5 mA. The paper will present operation results as current, emittance and stability measurements.

Development and Performance of a Proton and Deuteron ECR Ion Source [265 KB]
A 5mA proton and deuteron rf source is under production at ACCEL. This source will provide the front end of our superconducting proton/deuteron linear accelerator. The design of the source is based on the proven AECL design of a 100 mA proton source [1].
