Normal and superconducting cavities in the frequency range from 52 MHz to 3 GHz and from 1 to 156 cells have been designed and produced in recent years.

Niobium cavities of different shapes and types (quarter waves, half waves, spoke, CH-mode and elliptical) have been produced for all kinds of applications. Beside prototype cavity development, series production also took place. 360 CEBAF cavities and the 109 SNS cavities have been produced in our workshops. For the GANIL linac in France we are currently producing 16 medium beta quarter wave cavities. For the XFEL-ILC cavity type, up to now more than 110 cavities have been produced for different customers like DESY, FNAL, FZ Dresden, Stanford University and BESSY.

In the field of normal-conducting copper cavities, from pill box over RFQs up to the CCL linac of SNS various types have been produced by us. Any type of storage ring cavity has been produced as well (e.g. PEPII-style cavities and 500 MHz cavities of the HOM damped EU design).

RF couplers and other auxiliaries for all kind of normal and superconducting cavity applications are also within our scope. For DESY we have already produced more than 50 TTF-III type couplers.
