On Girls' Day, you'll get some cool behind-the-scenes insights into our projects—stuff that's helping shape the technologies of the future. You’ll also get to explore different technical training programs and degree paths, especially in fields that are still male-dominated.
During the day, we'll show you what kind of tasks you can expect in technical and engineering jobs, and what everyday work life at RI actually looks like.
- Welcome session: Your day kicks off with a welcome and a chance to meet the other Girls' Day participants.
- Company intro: One of our experts will give you an inside look at what we do and answer any questions you've got about working with us.
- Behind the scenes in production: Get to know different areas of our production, watch our team at work, and see what makes working here special.
- Lunch: We'll treat you to lunch.
- Hands-on time: Now it's your turn—jump in and try out some practical tasks yourself.

What should you bring?
Sturdy shoes (safety shoes if possible) and clothes you don’t mind getting a bit dirty.
