How did you come to join RI?

I first joined RI through a temporary employment agency – that was back in 2012. I was then hired directly from the agency fairly quickly. 

How was your onboarding? 

The onboarding process went very smoothly. I was introduced to the different departments and shown who was responsible for what – and most importantly, what exactly we do here. The atmosphere was very welcoming and felt like a close-knit family. I felt at home right from the start.  

What exactly do you do at RI?  

I started out as a machining technician specializing in milling technology. I had the opportunity to work on all the milling machines. Over time, I was gradually introduced to CAM programming, and since 2018, I’ve been working exclusively in CAM. 

What makes RI special to you? 

What sets RI apart is that we take on components that most other companies turn down – because they consider them impossible to manufacture. RI also stands out because commitment and effort are truly rewarded. And the flat hierarchies make collaboration straightforward and efficient. Even though we’ve now grown to over 400 people, the atmosphere still feels like family.
