How did you come to join RI?

After completing my master’s degree, I was looking for a position where I could both take on a role in production and apply my passion for data analysis. A staffing agency told me about a position that could be a perfect fit for me—the role included exactly the tasks I was hoping for and, in addition, offered exciting development projects that go beyond traditional production work. This sounded very appealing to me, and so our paths crossed with RI in July 2024. After a short time, I knew: the decision to start at RI was exactly the right one for me.

How was your onboarding process?

The onboarding process went smoothly. During the first three days, I had the opportunity to get to know all production areas. This was extremely helpful in gaining a comprehensive overview and better understanding the processes.

What are you working on right now?

I currently work at RI as an Operations Controller. In this role, I am responsible for preparing reports for both the production department and management. A key part of my work is the development and maintenance of dashboards that enable transparent, data-driven decision-making.

KPIs play an essential role in this—not merely as numbers, but as guiding indicators for improvement.

What makes RI special to you?

What makes RI special for me is the combination of openness, development opportunities, and a genuine team spirit. You are given responsibility quickly and the chance to grow professionally. I particularly appreciate that new ideas are welcome and that you can actively contribute to improvements.
