How did you come to join RI?

After an unfortunate job change, I was looking for a new position. At that time, RI was looking for a quality manager for its series production business. Since the role and the company aligned perfectly with my profile and interests, I applied — and I would say it was an instant match. 

How was your onboarding process? 

My manager had prepared an onboarding plan for me, which guided me step by step into my responsibilities. I gradually took on more tasks, and soon I was captivated by the world of series production. I then fully assumed responsibility for quality-related topics in that area.  

What are you working on right now? 

I've now been with the company for almost two years. Last summer, in addition to my role as quality manager, I also took on the position of team leader for quality assurance in series production. As a quality manager for series production, my role is to drive process improvements by identifying deviations — based on internal and external complaints — in order to continuously improve the quality of our products. I handle these issues in collaboration with all relevant departments and serve as the main point of contact for customers on all quality-related topics. 

As a team leader, I’m responsible for ensuring that my team in quality control detects and reports deviations according to established standards. To make this work well, I create a working environment where my team feels comfortable and motivated — through training, professional development, and a positive workplace culture.
