Project Phases
With our customers every step of the way
Well-defined project phases along RI’s processes ensure successful projects:
- Kick-off and initial phase: Clarifying customer expectations and creating a plan
- Product design phase: Creating the final product design based on customer specifications using simulation and our year-long experience
- Manufacturing design phase: Developing a manufacturing design using state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies, mostly using our internal one-stop-shop
- Process development phase: Based on manufacturing design, we develop and qualify stable and reproducible production processes
- Sourcing phase: Using our large supplier network, we source all necessary raw materials and pre-products.
- Production phase: During production, we ensure best quality by our experienced and skilled employees combined with clear and certified processes
- Delivery and commissioning phase: After production, we deliver our high-tech products to our customers within appropriate and tailored packaging and commission our systems at the customers’ site
- Service phase: Even after successful delivery, we take care of our customers and provide service as needed
